Do not enter private, medical, financial, or sensitive personal information. Feedback may be reviewed by Red Pine Camp management and by the technical team supporting Piney.

AI Can Make Mistakes

Piney uses AI and can misunderstand questions, summarize imperfectly, or provide incomplete information. For official decisions, urgent concerns, or anything requiring follow-up, contact the camp office directly.

How Feedback Is Used

• Chat messages and quick survey ratings may be stored for reporting and improvement planning.
• Uploaded images, if used, may be stored with the feedback session.
• Management reports may summarize themes, issues, praise, and suggested improvements.
